A new kind of cancer research seminar
We're bringing together two types of leaders in cancer research.
Established scientist. Known for significant contributions to cancer research, either through a single scientific discovery or body of work. With lasting impact on the field, they have demonstrated a lifetime of commitment to progress against cancer.
Rising star. These investigators are emerging leaders, asking important, significant and often non-obvious questions. They bring fresh ideas, initiative, curiosity, flexibility and a demonstrated promise for bold new areas of cancer research.
Series organized by Svasti Haricharan, Ph.D. Dr. Haricharan focuses on the role of DNA damage repair in inducing resistance to endocrine therapy in breast cancer, particularly the role of HER2/4 in mismatch repair deficiency, and in identifying early driver mutations in breast cancer formation.
